Overview
OE Federal Credit Union is looking for a Branch Manager to join our San Jose Branch! This position will oversee current branch staff providing leadership, training and development, manage day-to-day branch operations in the areas of developing and cultivating business relationships with credit union members, promote cross-selling of credit union products and services, and managing compliance of credit union policies and procedures.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess two or more years of similar or related experience preferably working in a financial institution, knowledge of credit union regulations and guidelines, products and services, have the ability to coach, develop, motivate employees to meet and exceed sales goals, strong leadership skills, excellent organizational skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and must be flexible working before/after hours as needed. High school diploma required, equivalent to a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school preferred.
