Congratulations to a Hard Working Employee of OE Federal

Aaron Moore, OE Federal Credit Union Marketing Department Clerk, was honored at the “Invest in Success Awards Dinner” hosted by ARC of Alameda County on Friday, June 30, 2017.  ARC serves people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  Aaron received his most deserving Success Award and enjoyed celebrating his night.  Cyndi Guerzon, OE Federal SVP of Lending Services, shared with the crowd the story of how Aaron came to work directly for her 27 years ago through ARC.  Aaron has seen the credit union grow since 1990 and has been a part of it faithfully year after year.

I’m proud of Aaron and his loyalty to OE Federal.  He inspires others, has a sincere fun personality, and brings so much joy to everyone.  At the dinner, an ARC employee stated, “We are in the people business.  We are building and growing people.”  No wonder ARC and OE Federal are such a good fit.  It is no surprise to me that a huge difference has been made in Aaron’s work life.  It was a touching moment for me as I witnessed all the amazing people who have not let their disabilities hold them back in achieving success.

What happened ?

Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry.
