Overview
OE Federal Credit Union is recruiting for an Network Helpdesk Support Technician at our Livermore Headquarters. The Network Helpdesk Support Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, troubleshooting and maintaining the Microsoft Windows desktop, laptops, and associated peripherals. This individual is also responsible for supporting end users as well as provides desktop support to local and remote users while using a ticketing system to track and maintain high level of service and support.
Experience
This position requires 1 year of experience providing desktop support, ability to resolve hardware issues with printers and PCs, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. Experience with helpdesk support of Windows 7 & Windows 10, Anti-Virus software, and Dell hardware a must. The IT Support Representative I must be dependable, responsible and flexible to work additional hours before or after their regular work schedule.
